All orders are usually processed between 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed, and shipped within 3 - 5 business days after processing. (Expected arrival time between 7-10 days). Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Dot and Go! The return policy at Dot and Go spans 30 days. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Given the handmade nature of our products, all sale items are considered final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

In case you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email attaching pictures of the item. We will contact you to verify the need for the return. Once we receive your return, you will be notified via email. You will also receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days, depending on your banking institution and the original method of payment.
